High speed CNC punching is one of the most efficient ways to process sheet metal while maintaining close tolerances. Our turret punch press is equipped with table brushes, designed to eliminate surface scratches when processing sensitive materials like aluminum, copper and brass. Our punch press is capable of efficiently performing operations on materials up to 3.2mm (0.125”) thick.   

Our CNC press brakes are equipped with 3 axis controls allowing us the flexibility to process a range of products in a timely manner while maintaining close tolerances. Our highly skilled operators can apply their knowledge and experience, utilizing the equipment to its full potential and reduce set-up time.

Industry demand for highly complex product shapes requires the use of laser cutting equipment which can process sheet metal at high speeds while maintaining high quality. MMW Inc. uses an Amada laser capable of cutting metals up to 0.250", for rapid prototyping to full production runs, our laser is up to the task.

Standard raw sheet metal stock comes in 48” width by 144” length. Small jobs are sheared to size and processed using our CNC turret punch press and Laser. We can provide sheared to size material for our customers within +/- 0.010” tolerance.
